Terms of Use

These terms were updated for digital purchases and operations involving customers in Brazil and the European Union/EEA. Mandatory consumer and data-protection rights prevail over conflicting provisions.
1. Scope, Acceptance, and Mandatory Rights
These Terms govern access to MMMods Store, account creation, purchases of digital content and licenses, wallet top-ups, renewals, upgrades, extra IPs, support, and related integrations. By accessing the site, creating an account, purchasing, renewing, upgrading, downloading files, or using any platform integration, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the specific rules shown on the product page, checkout, and account area. If you do not agree, do not use the site or related services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits non-waivable rights under, among others, the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code, the LGPD, the GDPR, EU consumer-rights rules for digital content, or applicable national implementing laws.
2. Account, Access, and Security
You are responsible for keeping your account data accurate and for protecting your email, password, device, session, and any 2FA codes. Use of the account by third parties without authorization, improper credential sharing, or attempts to bypass security controls may lead to restricted access. Some features may require a verified email, a Discord-linked account, or additional authentication. Sharing accounts, attempting unauthorized access, or bypassing security controls may result in account restriction. For support, auditing, fraud prevention, and security purposes, authorized administrators may record internal actions and, when strictly necessary, use account preview/impersonation features.
3. Digital Products, Licenses, and Downloads
Products sold through the site are digital content and usage licenses, not a full transfer of intellectual property ownership. Each purchase grants the usage rights defined for the acquired product according to its plan, validity period, IP limit, addon dependency, license status, and the rules shown in your account area. Downloads, setup guides, files, images, videos, endpoints, and other customer materials may depend on an active and eligible license. Free products remain subject to the same usage, distribution, and support restrictions applicable to the specific item. If digital content is not delivered, has a significant defect, materially differs from what was promised, or is incompatible in a way covered by applicable law, you may be entitled to statutory remedies, including correction, functional replacement, price reduction, contract termination, or refund, depending on the case.
4. IP Licensing, Discord, and Payment Instances
Some mods use IP-based licensing. In those cases, you are responsible for entering and maintaining correct authorized IPs while respecting plan limits and any extra-IP purchases. Products may automatically grant or remove Discord roles when the integration exists and your account link is valid. Payment-instance products depend on an active license to operate. Configuration values, tokens, webhooks, credentials, and data entered by the customer into those instances are the customer's responsibility, and only credentials/integrations you are authorized to use may be configured.
5. Payments, Wallet, and Renewals
Checkout may use card payments through Stripe, PIX through Mercado Pago, internal wallet balance, and other internal flows enabled by the platform. Unless otherwise stated, prices are shown in BRL and may include or exclude taxes depending on the nature of the transaction and applicable law. Release of a license, upgrade, renewal, wallet top-up, or extra IP depends on provider confirmation or valid use of internal balance. Free products may be granted instantly when the flow requirements are met. Wallet balance is for use inside MMMods Store only, is not a bank account, and is not intended for withdrawal. Automatic renewal features may consume wallet balance when you enable that option. When you request immediate supply of digital content or a digital license before the end of any statutory withdrawal period, delivery may begin as soon as payment is confirmed. For consumers in the EU/EEA, this may result in loss of the withdrawal right to the extent permitted by applicable law. For consumers in Brazil, withdrawal, cancellation, and refund requests are handled under the Consumer Defense Code and other mandatory rules. Chargebacks, fraud, improper reversal attempts, checkout manipulation, or malicious payment behavior may lead to restriction of the account, license, and related services, without prejudice to collection, defense, or reporting to competent authorities.
6. Support, AI, and Acceptable Use
Support may be provided through Discord, the customer area, and AI support chat when a product offers that feature. AI support answers are generated from the configured product guide and may be limited, incomplete, or unsuitable for situations outside the intended setup context. You should not send secrets, passwords, tokens, private keys, or confidential data through those channels. The following are prohibited, among other behaviors: - reselling, redistributing, sharing, or leaking files, licenses, endpoints, or guides without authorization; - attempting to bypass licensing, IP limits, download protections, integrations, or payments; - exploiting vulnerabilities, abusing infrastructure, automating attacks, interfering with webhooks, or degrading the platform; - using the products or the store in any unlawful or abusive way.
7. Refunds, Availability, Conformity, and Changes
Because these are digital products, access, license delivery, and service activation may happen immediately. Refund, cancellation, or correction requests are reviewed according to applicable law, the stage of digital delivery, order history, available technical evidence, and the specific case. Where the law requires a refund, it will be made through a method that is possible and permitted by the relevant provider and legal framework. We may change prices, plans, features, integrations, technical requirements, support resources, guides, billing processes, renewal policies, or infrastructure for maintenance, security, product evolution, or legal compliance. Material changes do not remove mandatory rights or the already contracted duration of an active license, except where required by unavoidable technical need, law, fraud, abuse, or critical third-party dependency outside our control. Lifetime licenses mean there is no fixed expiration date for the granted license while the relevant product and operation remain available, but they do not promise permanent availability, perpetual support, permanent compatibility, uninterrupted third-party integrations, or continuous operation without maintenance. Products and plans, including lifetime, monthly, quarterly, annual, and other license models, may be changed, discontinued, removed from the catalog, lose updates, lose support, or cease to function in whole or in part at any time for technical, commercial, legal, security, abuse-prevention, or third-party dependency reasons, always without prejudice to mandatory rights under applicable law.
8. Contact and Updates to These Terms
The latest version of these terms will always remain published on this page together with its last-update date. We may modify these terms at any time, including without prior notice, whenever we consider it necessary for operations, security, product evolution, abuse prevention, or legal compliance. The version in force is the version published on this page at the time of use. Continued use of the site, account, licenses, downloads, or integrations after publication of the updated version will be treated as acceptance of the terms then in force, without prejudice to mandatory rights under applicable law. For material changes, we may also require renewed acceptance before completing new purchases, renewals, or upgrades. Questions about purchases, licenses, payments, privacy, or allowed usage should be handled through MMMods Store official channels, especially your account area and the official channels identified by the store. Privacy-related matters also follow the channels described in the Privacy Policy.
